We’ll arrange viewings of these properties so you can have a look
Reserving a Property
After you have viewed a property and decide you want to proceed with booking it, you have to put down a retainer or small deposit. We will then hold the property for you and take it off the market.
The administration fee is £180 per person sharing and £250 for a single applicant limited to a two bedroom property. No additional guarantor, inventory or contract fees apply.
Referencing and Guarantors
We will obtain references from you to complete your application. If you are not in full time employment, a UK based guarantor will be required to fill out the referencing forms on your behalf. In the case of overseas tenants who may not have a UK based guarantor, a deposit of more than 6 weeks rent will have to be paid. If you decide not to proceed with the application the administration fee part will be forfeit.
Deposit and Contract Signing
When the references pass, we ask tenants to come in to the office to sign an AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement). At this point a deposit of 6 weeks rent will be payable. All deposits of our managed properties are placed in a company client account and are protected with the my|deposits scheme.
Paying Your Rent
The first month’s rent is payable in cleared funds either on the day, or before, the tenancy commences, unless any other arrangement has been made with us. The rent is payable on a monthly basis and can be set up as a standing order.
